With the addition of many Hand Tools, Specialty Benders and Mandrel benders we are able to perform custom ornamental iron work or duplicate something you originally had. Every project can be drawn in house with special drawing software prior to making it. This gives the client an ability to see it on paper before the finished product. Very handy in case you need to make a change or enhance more creativity.

Project uses:

• Handrails with pickets, scroll work and basket attachments
• Inside or outside designs for stair cases, porches and walkways
• Fences with pickets, scroll work, spear heads and basket attachments
• Gates with pickets, scroll work, spear heads and basket attachments
• Window security wraps with pickets and scroll work

In addition to this you could include art work, animal silhouettes and text burned from the Plasma to make something very original and unique.

With the addition of the PlasmaCam cutting table we are able to do precision plasma cutting for prototype work to highly detailed Art work. Pieces can be as small as 1/2 inch x 1/2 inch and up to 4 feet wide x 20 feet long. We can design and draw anything in house with CAD software on request. Your imagination is the only limitation here.

With the addition of the “Big Brute” pipe and tube bender we are able to bend a verity of tubing and pipe up to 180 degrees of bend.

• 2” square die set. 6 inch Center Line Radius.

• More sizes can be accommodated as requested.
