Design

The design phase is when you get to be involved in your project. Using the latest software, such as SolidWorks, we’ll be able to show you a 3D model of what your project will look like when it is completed.

Plasma Cutting

With our computer controlled plasma cutter, we are able to do precision plasma cutting for prototype work to highly detailed art work. Pieces can be as small as 1/2 inch x 1/2 inch and up to 4 feet wide x 20 feet long. We can design and draw anything in house with CAD software on request. Your imagination is the only limitation here.

Ornamental Iron

With the addition of many Hand Tools, Specialty Benders and Mandrel benders we are able to perform custom ornamental iron work or duplicate something you originally had. Every project can be drawn in house with special drawing software prior to fabricating it. This gives the client an ability to see it on paper before we produce the finished product. Very handy in case you need to make a change or enhancements.

Fabrication

Using a variety of tools and equipment, we are able to perform many fabrication tasks. This includes cutting, bending, and shaping sheet metal. We can also bend pipes and tubes. Our shop includes a lathe, and vertical milling machine.

Welding

Our A.W.S. (American Welding Society) Certified welders can complete many types of welding projects. Our Demmeler 3-D modular fixturing system for welding has become the world-wide standard for welding precision and highly accurate weldments and fixtures.
